Taking ice destroys your brain instantly, it is twice as addictive as cocaine and is twice as deadly.

Ice destroys millions of braincells and increases your heart rate so if you have Jaegerbombs with Redbull/V/Mother you have a very high chance of having a heart attack.

Mother/V/Redbull increases your heart rate almost 1/4 of the standard heart rate. Add that with Ice and you have a very high chance of having a brain anurism or a heart attack.

if im up for a couple days i've found that caffeine, sugar and nicotine keep me steady.
yep, thats all it takes.

don't eat a bunch of caffeine tablets (no-doz etc.), you'll just feel sick and end up throwing up.
