trouble going on trem

my comp got reformattered and vista went in it but now i cant play trem i went on bigpond website and tremolos website and download.com web (to download it) but it still wont work plz help me this is what it said "GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem"

but i think he is talking about it not working on his desktop pc, which runs vista unfortunatly >_>
