PPL complaining about background

this is what i see tell me if u see this as background and forums atm

k i admit not my best shot but sorry =P

yes the green was from me, i have tried so many times to change the background (through changing styles and changing background manually) but it wont work, i ended up with nice looking headers but thats about all i could do heaps of little random things wont change like the dark blue links on the page its frustrating

Yeah i see that, its pissin me off!

Just change the CSS for title and links and other stuff, white is always good
